I have thought of Gary many times since I retired from Tri-Met. I have always been sorry we didn't keep in touch. He was such a fun, pleasant, understanding boss--I always felt like he was more my partner than my boss. I remember fondly being in your home for get-togethers with our LIFT family. Words can't express my sorrow that you have lost two dear ones so close together. But I can promise you that you will all be together again, just as they are together now. My prayers are with you...

Gary was one of the first to greet and befriend me, when I attended Parkrose High my senior year. He was fun,talented, inspiring, caring and will surely be missed by all who new him.

So very sorry for your loss. I worked with Gary at TriMet. He was a wonderful man and definitely knew how to liven up a group and have a good time. He was truly one of a kind.

So saddened to hear of Gary's passing. I haven't been in touch with him for quite sometime. Gary was a childhood friend. We played football, basketball and baseball together growing up. I always looked up to him.

So very sorry for your loss of Gary. I knew Gary from LIFT, he was such a nice man.
