Many warm memories of times with the Great Chaplain Bill! I will never forget two important phrases that repeatedly trumpeted from Chaplain Bill's lips. The first was a bit irreverent but always appropriate for a man of such high esteem. Only someone like Chaplain Bill was charming enough and compassionate enough to get away with such a statement on a seminary campus. I think Chaplain Bill got away with a lot of things due to his character, charm and compassion. The phrase was What the Frit!...
