Not sure what to say?

Vicki, I just recently found out about Gary. I am so sorry to hear of his death. He had a delightful sense of humor and was a great nurse. He was a wonderful person and it was an honor to have worked with him over the years.

Our prayers are with you and your family,
Love, Joyce & Bob G.

Vicki and family, We were so sad to hear of Gary's passing, our time with you both was so special. We will remember his compassion for Michele's cancer, even tho he also was suffering. A truly great friend. Michele Dutcher and family

My sincere condolences. Gary was a very special caring person. He made co-workers and patients feel like a special friend. I worked with Gary at Adventist Hospital and enjoyed seeing him when he returned as dialysis nurse.
He will be missed but always remembered.

Dear Vicki, Emillie & Tim: so sorry to hear of your loss. I know you were all a very close family. I still remember moving out here in 2003 and Gary & Vicki & Emillie were part of the crew who helped out so much. What an encouragement you all were as I'm sure others can testify. Gary walks with the angels now and has no pain or suffering.

My dear brother-in-law, you are missed by so many. Your life will be a legacy for all of us to look up to. Thank you for being a part of our "fam damily." Love you. Debbie

I met Gary around 1995 at Good Sam. He was a wonderful, compassionate, fun coworker. He always helped me out since I was new to dialysis. I am still in dialysis at the Veterans Medical Center. He will be greatly missed Sue McInned

I am so sorry that I lost touch with Gary after working with him for years at Good Samaritan Hospital. Gary's humor and kindness made his nursing skills so much more than the normal care giver. I will never forget his wonderful way with patients and staff, God has to take Roses as well as thornes to his heavenly home, and with Gary Clausen, he got the Best of the Best. I am sorry I did not make the service for Gary, I came down with the flu just that morning. I truly wanted to say...

I met Gary in 1983 at Portland Adventist Hosp after graduating from nursing school, I worked with him on 2200 evening shift-he was my charge nurse. He talked me into following him and Harvey to Good Sam Hospital to work in dialysis and I have been working in dialysis since. He was a wonderful person and I will miss him very much. I feel honored to have known him.-Meichelle Cates
