Gary/My grandpa was so funny. Me and my dad(Matt coles) would always come over to his house whenever he cooked or to watch the game. He was so sweet with my sister(Olivia Coles) and he would make cake or cookies just for us.

Gary was my grandfather and I miss him deathly. I was only 9 when he passed away. He used to spoil me and my sister whenever we came over with carrot cake. I miss him so much, rest in peace grandpa.

Justin....Matt....sorry too hear bou your Dad.....hang in there guys

Mr. Coles was my 1st boss at Rose's on Pantops, for nine years which was my very first job. He came thru my line at Food Lion (my current job) many times just to chat a bit. I looked up to him and he will forever be remembered as a great man & a wise leader. My Deepest Condolences to his family~

To All of the Coles Family....I am so sorry...Gary was a great friend and co worker of mine as we both worked at Advance Auto.......

Dear Pat and family, my sympathy and prayers are with you. I met Gary back in the middle 70´s when we worked at Safeway in Charlottesville. He always had a big smile for you whenever he saw you. Pat I know this is hard right now but through God´s Grace and Great Mercy you will have lasting joy once again and that´s a promise from God we can count on. Much love
