Gary Alan Duval

Just found about Gary's passing. I lived next door to Anne Morry and Gary in Eastgate for many years and my parents were very close. Gary was at my Father's funeral in Sequim. Remembered Gary coming over to borrow our World Book Encyclopedia in third grade

Gary is a wonderful human being. I knew him from 3rd grade until after graduating from Sammamish High School. He was my boyfriend in Elementary School. The last time I saw him was at my house, we were working on the Reunion. Gary was very special to me... He lived in Eastgate in Bellevue, so did I. Gary and I once made a trip in the sand truck from Seattle to Oregon. It was awful sitting in that jump seat. The trip seemed to take forever, but Gary was such a nice person and seemed genuinely interested in me and what I was doing in my life. It made the trip worthwhile. Dear Cris, Ryan and family,

I am so sorry to hear of Gary's passing. He was a great captain and boat engineer, as well as a good friend who provided lots of smiles and good times. If only I were as good a boater as Gary was a teacher. Fair winds and following seas, Gary.
