Not sure what to say?

In a few days it will be 7 years that dad will have left this Earth to be with his maker, as he told us the last couple of days as he said Gramma Mathis was waithing for him as he said all of his good byes to everyone here on Earth. It was so hard to see him go, especially for Mom who still has a hard time seeing herself as only part of that couple. Even 7 years later, there are times I forget and want to call dad with something I want to share with him and the realization strikes me that I...

We were so fortunate to have Dad in our lives for the 2 bonus years since he had lung cancer in 2015. He fought so hard against this second form of cancer, CLL, what a great warrior. Seeing his strength and love for his family and friends, as be battled through so much, has encouraged all of us in our lives and until the time we will join him in Heaven as well. As a Christian man, his passing was peaceful and filled with love as his family shared life with him, even through hospice at...

Very sorry to hear about my kind neighbor Gary's passing. When he arrived in the neighborhood, he came by very friendly and introduced himself. Always would wave over the fence. Left this earth too soon but glad to hear he loved the Lord.

We love you Grandpa Gary

Gary was such a real example of a Christian. As a new believer when he became my father in law every time we visited Gary and Sally were up all smiles their morning devotionals done in front of them and always full of laughter and joy. Dad was always helping someone or fixing something, he was a good listener and always had funny remarks. We will always miss him.

You will be missed Uncle Gary! I'll keep the family in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry to hear about Gary's passing, he was a terrific guy.. He will be missed by many..

We are very sorry to hear of the passing of Gary. He was a good person, and we were lucky to have him as a neighbor and family friend growing up.
