FOULK, Gary L. - Of Grand Blanc, age 64, died Monday, May 21, 2007 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will be held at 1PM Friday, May 25, 2007 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Harold K. Polk, Jr. officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Heart Association or charity of one's choice. Visitation 5-8PM Wednesday, 12-3PM and 5-8PM Thursday and 11AM Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Mr. Foulk was born in Flint, Michigan on December 28, 1942, the son of George and D. Marie Foulk. He married Deborah Collver on September 3, 1991 in Kennebunkport, Maine. He was a charter member of the Michigan Victors Club and the Durand Moose Lodge #2508. Surviving are wife, Deborah Collver; children, Rene' and husband Wesley LaFortune, Master Sergeant Todd and wife Debbie Foulk and Michael Foulk and their mother, Vivian Polzin; grandchildren, Alexander, Andrew and Gabrielle LaFortune, Grace and Anthony Foulk; father, George Foulk and Nelmarie Pentz; sister, Jan and husband Dr. Micheil Hanczaryk; nieces, Dr. Christine Hanczaryk and Alexis Hanczaryk; mother and father-in-law, Joyce and Allen Collver; beloved dogs, Cooper and Guinness.
