Not sure what to say?

Happy Birthday Gary. What a hard week this has been. You have been away from us for six months now. Today is your birthday and the anniversary of my Mom's death. Words cannot begin to express how much I miss you and love you. I am lonely to the bottom of my soul without you. The three of us are pretty lost without you here in our lives. I am happy (for you anyway) that you have your best buddy with you now. You guys keep my place on the sofa warm for me until I am with you both...

Dad, sorry about my last post...I keep thinking it's 2010! Happy 59th b-day, not 60th!

Happy Birthday Dad! I wish you were here to celebrate your 60th. I know you never wanted people to make a big deal out of your birthday. "It's just another day" you used to say. But, I'm sure you would have done something fun...since we don't have snow yet, it probably would have involved getting all muddy on your ATV! Whatever you might have chosen, I'm sorry that you're not here with us to celebrate your birthday, but I hope that you can feel all the birthday wishes that are being sent up...

I know tomorrow would have been your Dad's birthday and I don't know what to say, except Krista he would be proud of you, your accomplishments, and very proud to call you his daughter.

In my thoughts and prayers on your Dad's birthday.

Debbie and Family, just the other day I was at the ATV dealership just looking. I thought I'll call Gary and see what he thinks about trading in my old one for a new one. I don't know how many times I have caught myself reaching for the phone to call him for advice. I've always looked up to Gary as my big brother that I never had. I miss him everyday. It's hard knowing that I can't pick up the phone and talk to him. I've know Gary since High School and he's always been there for me. ...

I went to school with Krista and to know how close she was to her Father saddens me. I wish her and her entire family well.

Okay, I think I can do this now. I just want to let the world know that Gary Frechette was one of the best people that I have ever had the privilege to know. Gary was a special person. He would give anyone the shirt off of his back if they needed it. He would walk out into traffic to make sure a turtle, a bird, any living creature, got to the other side of the road safely. I would bet a lot of you didn't know that about him. I did. He was my best friend in the whole world. He watched...

Gary's Family,

I'm very sorry for your loss. I only saw Gary once a year but I know that he was a great person. He will be missed.

Love,
Cresta

Deb, Krista, Aunt Evelyn, Jerry, Judy, JoAnne, Janine, and all your families:

I just wanted to let you know how much your family has been in my thoughts and to let you know that your families are in our prayers. This has been an extremely difficult time for all of you and we will all miss Gary, his smiling eyes and his hearty laugh. The stress of this disease must have put a tremendous amount of strain on you all over his long fight, but know that now he is up in heaven likely...
