Gary was a mentor in the fire service and in life. He was an amazing friend that always cared about everyone. For ten years he had my back as a fire commissioner and was always wanting to get all the projects done. The fire service will not see people doing a 50-year volunteer career like Gary has done. Gary had a true servant's heart for the community and his family and church. Rest in peace fire fighter G Friend. We got it now! Chief Berg, Big lake Fire.
