So sorry to learn of the passing of Dr. Gary Gemmill. Today I ran across his business card from Whitman School of Management and decided to look him up. He was very kind to me while I was a student in the Documentary Film and History, masters program at the SI Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University. Gary invited me to attend a 2014 workshop outside of San Francisco with himself and George Kraus. I met Gary in 1994? The weekend workshops were instrumental in my personal development. My husband and Gary would plan their retirement "commune" for years until his death in 2016. Gary was the older brother I would have picked for myself.
