Gary Gilbert

We were very sad to here about Gary's passing. I met Gary and John Thudium at a slot car track in Mattoon.I was 15 and these two nuts took me under their wings. We all had a lot of fun together including trips to the US Nations at Indy and Gary and I went to Florida in Aug. of 69'. Gary was a really good freind back in those days, and even when we didn't see him for many years, he was and will always be in our hearts. Gary was a wonderful funny man and will be missed. My sincere condolences to Cheryl and the family. May all the wonderful memories help you through this difficult time.

Cheryl and family, I am so sorry to learn of Gary´s passing. I have know him for years and never knew him to be anything but kind, and caring. He had a great sense of humor, we had lots of laughs and fun in our younger years. I´m keeping you all in my prayers.
