I remember you and Jackie in your High top shoes with your Grandpa hanging out at the Sinclair station at 41 and Venice Ave. You guys were so cute, etched in my mind forever.

My favorite memory of Gary, is when he and Jackie were little boys. His Pap, Uncle Duval would take the boys to Venice, at that time one red light at Venice Avenue and US 41. There was a Sinclair Station and Standard Oil station on opposite corners. Everyone hung out on Saturday night. I can see the boys now with their high top shoes wound around Uncle Duval's legs for protection. They were so cute, so sweet and very polite. They had the best Mom best Dad and best Grandfather. A wonderful tribute to a great man. I did not know him well, but I know his children very well. They are such amazing human beings which speaks volumes to who Gary was as a father. I know he will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family during this difficult time. Sending my love.

So many memories. My best, closest friend for the past 47 years. Watched you grow into a man, a husband, a father, and a grandfather. Always family first. Always positive outlook. I will miss your smile, your laugh, your sense of humor and your hugs. You are loved! I hold all of your family in my heart.
