Read MoreSo sorry to hear about Dr Goodear's passing. He was so calming and gentle as a dentist. He got me over my childhood fear of being in the chair. He loved the hot weather as much as I love the cold weather. We never had much agreement about the temperature. It sounds like he had a wonderful retirement in the sun. We'll never forget him.

Dear Goodyear family. Dr. Gary and I started working together at about the same time in 2010 on Hilton Head Island at Volunteers In Medicine. He was always very caring and one of the nicest guys that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He was a joy to work with and was an excellent Dentist.
