Not sure what to say?

Not forgotten old friend.

A great guy. A great police partner. We caught a commercial burglar together. We won several softball tournaments together. I'm saddened to learn if his passing. The good people are gone too soon.

I loved him..

I played softball with Gary at Barelas ballfields on South Second for twelve years. He was always a kind and humorous man who was easy to approach. He hit mainly to right field and played 1st or catch. Exchanges from man to man, always with the understanding of each other's humanity, we affirmed our community connection on the field of play. Thank you Gary for a memorable relationship. May your memory always be a blessing.

Gary was one of the Senior Softball players who always helped make the game fun and interesting. He left the younger group (50+ years) to move to the 65 and older players too soon in my opinion. He still competed very well. He left us all way too soon.

He was a good person and will be missed. He would wave to me and my kids almost every morning. We will miss u. RIP

Gary was my best friend since high school. When I was starting a band (SOUL Survivors) back in high school I asked him to play guitar, we played together after high school (US.Kids) on and off. Our families were together until he moved to NM. He was one of the best friends you could have. Rest in piece my friend, we will have that band again when I join you some day.

Im so sad to here this news I have the best memories Gary was the greatest guy and so funny he was a few years older than me and we hung out in the same group❤He had long hair in school and my dad always gave him a hard time(lovingly) he once bought him a Huge comb and they both had a great laugh over it called him a long haired hippie freak❤Nicest guy ever rip gary and prayers to your family you will be so missed

your kind heart & talent will surely be missed my musician brother & friend
