Not sure what to say?

Mr. Hall, You are in my thoughts daily. Your presence is sooo greatly missed. May you be in the Lord's glory. (And, surrounded by Jazz playin' angels.)

We still miss you Gary. Always will. Thanks for the great memories and for being part of our family.

Gary is in our thoughts and our hearts every day. We often smile at a memory of his wonderful humor. Or we might bump into an email we saved with a message which touched our hearts or opened our minds to another possibility.

We miss you, Gar! See you someday...over the rainbow!

I am so sad to learn belatedly that Gary has passed. We were good friends and frequently played racquetball in the 1980s when we were both practicing law in Oakland, and he was living with Pops in Berkeley. He is godfather to my elder daughter Julie who is now 22 and just graduated from college. A good number of people are true and honest to themselves, a few are gentlemen, Gary is one of those rare guys who was both.

Prayers of comfort to his family.

One time we put on gloves for boxing practice in my basement. It was a very short session … Gary had a great personality and was blessed with many talents. He will be missed.

Tina I will always remember Gary in our high school days. We all liked watching him play sports. He was always smiling and laughing. He liked a good time.

To Gary's family, my name is Billy Martin and I am very proud to say that Gary Hall has been one of my best friends for the past 32 years. Gary and I met when we were federal prosecutors together in San Francisco in the late 70's. Since then, we got together frequently and I spoke to him as often as I could, sometimes weekly. He was a member of my wedding party and "uncle Gary" to my children. Some of my clients are NBA players and it was great to call Gary, or Gary's boss Billy Hunter (who...
