Gary Halter

Gary was a wonderful person with a dry, quick wit and an easygoing manner. He was an astute fixer of things, he loved children and dogs. I worked for him at A&M while he was Mayor of College Station. To me, Gary was not just my boss, he was a friend, a servant leader and someone I enjoyed being around. He loved his wife and his children and enjoyed his work and the people he worked with.
