My brother called and told me Gary had passed. Gary and I were friends all through our childhoods. I still remember going to the farm, riding the cows (Beatrice and Irene), shooting our bb guns, riding the horses at the Little Beaver Day Camp, working for Dan Vos, and the Ada Christian School. Also spending the nights at the farm and the great breakfasts Mrs Heemstra made. It feels like I just lost a brother.
The memories and good.ptimes will be with me until I am able to see...
