Gary Hoffmann Sr., age 71 years, of Washington passed away Thursday, February 15 He is survived by his wife, Donna Hoffmann, nee Altemueller of Washington three children, Jyoti Conradi of San Diego, CA, Sarah Wendt and husband, Michael of Clayton and Gary Hoffmann, Jr. of Washington; 8 grandchildren one brother, David Hoffmann and wife, Jeri of Winnetka, IL brother-in-law, Rich Altemueller of Washington Memorial Mass will be celebrated Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Washington Visitation for 71 year old, Gary Hoffmann Sr. will be Wednesday from 4-8 PM at the Oltmann Funeral Home in Washington Memorials requested to Loving Hearts or Our lady of Lourdes Church.
Gary was one of the nicest guys I knew in hs. I' really sorry to hear this but I know he is without pain now and we will all meet again.

Gary's passing came as a shock to me. My mind will always hold the image of the popular classmate, friendly to all and the high school basketball jock we would see pictures of in the home town paper. During high school reunions I was reminded of his wonderful sense of humor while listening to his stories as we all reminisced. He will definitely be missed by many. Rest in peace Gary.
