Gary Buren Huskey, 47, of 139 Rome Court, Cliffside died Wednesday, December 28 at Rutherford Hospital. He was employed by Duke Power and was a member of Cliffside Baptist Church.

He was the son of Maude Holt Huskey of Cliffside and the late Buren Huskey. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Rollins Huskey; two daughters, Satin Huskey of the home and Cristi Wilson of Cliffside; a son, Billy Wilson of Cliffside; a brother, Jack Huskey of Bostic; three grandchildren, Cain, MacKenzie and Katie..

Funeral services will be Saturday, 2:00 PM McKinney-Landreth Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Flemming and Rev. Jason Blanton officiating, burial will follow at Cleveland Memorial Park. Visitation will be Friday, 7-9 at the funeral home.

Memorials may be sent to Cliffside Baptist Church Building Fund, PO Box 336, Cliffside, NC 28024.

Satin I am sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad, I knew him well when I used to work at Six Points in high school, also your 5th grade year at Cliffside was my 1st year there, may God wrap His arms around you during this time.
