Many happy memories with Gary. Safeway and Heineken...only the best in the trunk! Volcker Park on Sundays! Sidney's and Winsted on the Plaza in the 60s/70s on weekend nights just cruzing and watching people. UMKC events, theater light director in that dark room, pop artists playing who then became famous, summer Breese, so many memories shared. Chief vs raiders super bowl. Have never forgotten all the happy times. RIP, know we will meet again. C

Had Mr. J teach me social studies in the 70s, he was amazing and inspirational.

Mr. Johnston was my 7th grade Unified Studies teacher at Hocker Grove. He is my favorite teacher. He has been the most influential teacher I ever had. I am grateful for knowing him and being taught by him. May God bless his family.

He had a very easy going attitude about life, and really enjoyed himself in his hobbies. I am a better person for having known Gary, and the...
