Gary Kawamoto

I was going through emails recently and found many where I was unable to go to the shelter, and Gary sent me photos of my favorite cats saying they miss me. Always so kind and thoughtful. I love you, my friend and miss you terribly.

Gary was a great friend to our family. We worked together for 32 years. He will truly be missed. Rest in Peace my friend.

I am very sad to hear of Gary´s passing, My sincere sympathy to his family & friends. I was fortunate to have met Gary when I worked at Petsmart. He was a dedicated caring person that I´m sure was greeted by the many kitty´s he´s helped over the years. Rest easy Gary, you made the world a better place.

I am so sorry Anita and David... We have lost a good human being and a loving friend. Mondays at the barn will never be the same.

Such a tragic loss. I've known Gary for many years. Worked side by side at the shelter. His devotion and love for the cats was amazing and unending. He will be greatly missed. RIP my dear friend. You're caring for cats on the other side now. I'm truly blessed to have known you.

I worked with Gary at Great Northern Petsmart every Saturday and Sunday for over 20 years doing cat adoptions. Gary always arrived early to set up the tables and cages for the adoption events. Gary was responsible for many kitties getting homes. Gary always saw what needed to be done and did it. Gary will be sorely missed by Love A Stray Cat Rescue and all the cats and kittens.
