Vale Gary Kay. Love and condolences to the Kay familiy. He was a very witty man who made me laugh. He was a mentor to my brother Malcolm Mills and through Malc I was lucky enough to meet him. Memories are such a comfort. Xx

Gary you will be much missed, as a boy I knew you as King Kay (my Dads nickname for you),a true King of a character (and the Melbourne antique trade) with an amazing memory and a great wit. Business with you was always a pleasure, your love of France and the presents you bought back for my baby daughter are still treasured.

It is with sad news that I hear the passing of Gary Kay. Although I didn't know him well, we always talked when he came to my antique shop. Gary would give his wisdom and advise and he would recall his best purchases from his exploration and search for antiques of highest quality. Sincere condolences to his family and all those whom knew him through family, friends and acquaintances.
