Gary Mark Lucas

I will always think of Gary as a kind, compassionate human. It is greatly missed.

I met Gary when he was working at The Coop in Cambridge and continued the friendship during his time at The Coop's downtown location. We always got along and enjoyed a close friendship and professional relationship over the years. Gary was always a little on the quirky side but endearing nonetheless! I hope that he found peace in his later years and appreciated the creativity and humor that he brought to life everyday! Gone but never forgotten! My sincere condolences to the Lucas Family!...

I was so shocked to read that he had passed away. I had missed seeing Gary´s posts & just discovered he had passed away. I met Gary when I was in HS & his band was playing in my hometown. I had tried to "find" him for a couple of years on social media & finally succeeded. I enjoyed his posts. Always had a slanted point of view. I still have a letter & band picture he sent me back in 1970 if any family member Is interested.

I've known Gary for over 30 years. He's an awesome guy he'll be missed. His humor his sensitivity is musical knowledge. It was a great blow to find out that he had passed. I wish him all the best and his new journey and all the best of his family with my sympathy

You were a good friend and colleague. I miss our days at the Coop record Department. We had a great time.

So sorry to find that Gary is gone. I´m glad I got to see him recently. What a delightful man.

I´m so sad that Gary has passed. I´m a better person for having known him and I count him as one of my best friends for many years. I´ll miss you buddy.
