Not sure what to say?

I am his cousin, aka Ralph's daughter . It is 2022 and I have just learned that Gary is gone. The last I spent time with him was 1998. We shared a movie and a beer. and he offered me, his female cousin, a cigar. The cigar I declined. My mother Maxine was next door visiting her sister, his mother. My condolences to the families, John's and Harvey's.

I'm sorry to hear of Gary's unexpected passing. He caught me my first and only steelhead on the McKenzie. He was a very nice guy and one of the best fishermen that I have ever know. RIP Gary

May God bless Gary's family with comfort and peace. My daughters and I enjoyed two or three fishing trips with him and he was always a cheerful and kind guide. I also appreciated his faith in Christ.

Gary was a blessing to our family (Triem) and to my mom, Eleanor. We are very grateful for Gary's kindness and compassion, and he served so many people so well. You will be missed. God's Blessings

I was so saddened to hear of Gary's death! He had been taking care of my yard for years. Not only was he very good at it, he was friendly and we had many good talks. Wednesdays on Potter St. won't be the same, as he'd take care of a number of yards in the neighborhood. Sincere condolences to all his family and friends!

To Gary's family. I only knew you when you were young, being a friend of your brother John. sorry for your loss.

We were 3 1/2 Gate Creek Vida Or

You have been my best friend since my earliest memories. I love and thank you for that. You were like a brother to me. I will never forget that smile you always had. And that part of being a kid that you always had in you that never left. Save me a seat in the boat i want to fish with you when i get to heaven. Love is FOREVER my friend.

To Gary's Family,

I just read the announcement about Gary passing and hope you are all doing okay. I will miss Gary. I was lucky enough to have been his friend. His smile and positive energy will never be forgotten. He will always be in my thoughts as I cast a spinner from the jetty or float the McKenzie River. He will be missed.

You were a great man Gary! Our friendship went back 35 years and I am shocked to hear this sad news. RIP!!
