Just learned of Gary's passing. I had the pleasure on meeting him and working for him when I came to SPCC in 1985. A true gentleman, wonderful mentor and example. He shaped the rest of my Navy career and I thank him for that. My sympathies to Donna and the family.

Gary was the head of the Contracting Office at the Naval Supply Center and my primary client when I first started working there for the Office of the General Counsel of the Navy. I worked at SCRA with Gary and he was such a good Boss and a sweet and precious Man. He had us laughing alot of the time and he was a joy to have around the office. Donna is such a precious and kind person and we loved seeing her when she came to the office. We all felt like family there. We miss those times together and God Bless you all.
