Not sure what to say?

My high school art teacher, later a best friend who always inspired me. I remember when he received his Werlitzer Foundation Grant to being his amazing art style. Gary will be greatly missed.. he was an amazing artist and an amazing person with megawatt personality..he could light up a room and talk with anyone. My condolences to the family and I'm sorry to hear of his passing.. he was so special.

My sweet cousin... You will always be 'uncle Gary' I miss you and love you. I will forever cherish the memories, the stories, the laughs we shared. Knowing you are reunited with Nana and Papa. Love you

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

An exceptional artist, and more importantly, an exceptional man. You will be missed. Much love to Gary's family.

Gary you were the greatest man I have EVER met. Your friendly self your amazing art, your one of a kind my Gary I'll never forget you your always in my heart . I'm devastated to find out that you have passed on...you were the greatest best friend I have EVER encountered and I'll never forget you.. I LOVE YOU MY GARY SOOOOO MUCH

I bought my first work by Gary in the 1980’s -the pieces are part and parcel of our everyday experience in our home
I was saddened to hear of his passing.
Not only was he a talented artist- bring back the art of ‘ba relief’ but he was a kind generous and wonderful human being

I had the pleasure to call Gary a friend. I first met him in 2000 at his studio on Canyon Road. My relatives had already bought pieces of his work and continued to do so over the years. He was incredibly talented but importantly a wonderful person. I know he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Thanks for all the fun times Gary from all of the Craddock clan
