Not sure what to say?

My brother, Bill Stein, went to New Trier East in the 1960's with Gary and I was a patient of Gary's in the early 1980's and so was my father. Having moved from Glencoe to California Bill and I we lost touch with Gary. Unfortunately, Bill passed on a month ago too and having a battle with Alzheimer's and Juvenile Diabetes. Gary was a very personable and sincere person. I remember my father in the early 1960's taking me to a New Trier East football game and Gary playing in the game. With Bill...

Funny. I was JUST thinking about Gary last week, as I was walking my dog. Here's why... The family that lives next door to me has a kid in college. When my neighbor saw me wearing these cool "hip" sweatpants, she said, "My son would LOVE those sweatpants." Now, understand these "hip" sweatpants run about $135. When I got them for myself, I had to convince myself they were worth it...(note: they are). So, it wasn't as easy as grabbing another pair for my neighbor's kid. I decided to buy a...

TO THE ENTIRE MEYERS FAMILY OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHY, HAVE KNOWN GARY FOR OVER 42 YEARS, WAS A GREAT DENTIST AND FRIEND, WILL MISS HIM TILL I SEE HIM AGAIN. LOVE CAROL AND BRAD PHILLIPS.

Saddened to hear about Gary and our deepest condolences. I first met Gary after he completed dental school and teamed up with Dr. Gold in practice. My wife and I actually enjoyed going to the dentist to catch up with Gary on his travels, boating, photography, exercise and most importantly his family. Although we only saw him three times a year, we were welcomed as if we were family. And much like you, we carry Gary everywhere as his work lives on! He was more than our dentist, he was a...

Gary was our wonderful family dentist for many, many years. A wonderful person and a great dentist. My condolences to everyone in Gary's family along with his loyal office staff of many years.

Gary was a gem that will sparkle forever. Always smiling, this kind and generous man was a match only to the heart of Aunt Marilyn. Together they were a force of good. We will honor him by offering any support we possibly can to his wife, kids and grandkids.
There is a hole in the heart of our family and he leaves big shoes to fill. We hope to make him proud .
Roz Glantz and family.

Gary defined the term gentleman. He will truly be missed and remembered fondly by all.

When we think of Gary, we think of tremendous acts of kindness, and a camera in his hand.
He will be missed.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
