I had the opportunity to know and work with Gary at AOL. I am saddened by the news of his passing. His dedication to AOL/Compuserve was truely amazing. He will be greatly missed by many. My heart goes out to his family and friends. I hope you find comfort in the kindness that Gary shared with all of us.

I was lucky enough to have been Gary's manager for the past 8 years. He was a manager's dream! Great attitude, incredible knowledge and skills. Together, we tackled many AOL problems. I couldn't even count the number of product launches that Gary completed, often solving last minute problems. He was a consummate professional and I will miss him every day. I have lost my wing man. Rest in Peace Gary - I will never forget you.

Pam - I'm here for you if you need anything, please do...

My sympathy to your family. I didn't know Gary well, but we exchanged a "Good morning" nearly every day in the hallways at AOL. He was a bright, soft-spoken gentleman with a respected, long career. Rest in peace, Gary.

Gary was a such nice, soft-spoken and intelligent person -- liked and respected by all who knew him. I'll never forget the good times we had talking sports and investments.

Gone too young, too soon. We'll miss you, Gary. My thoughts and prayers to his family.
