Gary, you were one of my first friends after moving to Portland from California..you were great friend, lots of fun and laughs

I learned of Gary's passing yesterday by a Sunset High School classmate. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Although I knew his younger sisters at Sunset High School I came to know Gary and his Dad at Zell Brothers as they were my eye doctors. It has been years. I am so sorry for your families loss. To the Patton Clan: Bud Smock and daughter Linda Bullard are very sorry that Gary has passed on. We remember Christmas parties with all the cousins, dressing up, going caroling sometimes. I know how much fun you had with your boating groups on the Columbia River with Tommy and Georgia and their family. We didn't have a boat to join in, but it was fun to listen to your stories. We will think of all of you and pray that your grief with be short and good memories be long.
