I'm an old classmate and friend of Gary's... and just recently found out about his passing. Although I have not been in touch with Gary since we graduated... I have many memories of him at Alva T Stanforth Jr High School... and Sewanhaka High School. I met Gary in 7th grade.. his reputation preceded him... everyone was talking about this kid who could climb the pegboard like knowbody else could.. the pegboard was a plank on the wall in the Gym.. with holes in it... you put these pegs you...
