Gary came to a jam I was hosting west of Minneapolis in 2015. Awesome player and a very humble gentleman.

I went to Indiana University for one year only as a freshman. I missed my home in Maryland. All I wanted to do was to play music. I lived in Briscoe dormitory where I met a guitar player and a harmonica player who both wanted to play the blues which is what we did as often as possible. The harp player was Gary Primich. He had long hair and was a sweet, quite, unassuming guy and passionate about music. I used to joke that I met Gary from Gary (IN). Anyway, we played as often as we could, never...

I can't believe it's been a year already. We still miss you very much. I picked up a lost dog on 9/22. No owner found. He's ours now. My hubby, Bubba, named him Skeeter after one of your favorite doggie pals. RIP Gary

what a gentleman, what a musician, my girlfriend, Claire and i had the pleasure of meeting Gary twice , at the King Biscuit fest 96, and Huey's in Memphis a few days later. Really nice guy, loved talking about his music.He will be sadly missed. Triple Trouble baby
