Gary was born on April 25, 1943 and passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2019. Gary was a resident of Nebraska at the time of passing. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 10 th from 5pm to 8pm at the West Center Chapel. Family Interment: Evergreen Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed by the family.

It has been always an honor to know Gary Rix. He has always been a friend, co worker at Affutt AFB and a member of 172nd Transportation Company that served in Vietnam. The world was always a special place when Gary was with us. I will miss his special kindness and friendship. He was helpful to me recently when he made room for me a bleacher for military unit picture this summer. I will always cherish our friendship and look forward to see him in our next life.
