Gary Rorstrom, 54, of Sarasota, died Feb. 7, 2012.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with interment following at Palms-Robarts Memorial Park.
Survivors include his son, Chad of Kingsland, Ga.; brothers Lawrence of Chuluota and Aaron of West Chester, Pa.; and two grandsons.

Gary was such a rock in my brother Marty's life and especially in the last few years when he has really needed it.

Gary was always there when we needed him. A great neighbor and friend always willing to offer a hand to get something done. We loved to watch him ride and enjoyed his company sitting around while he kicked our butts in video games. He knew how to throw a great backyard pool party with all the fixings. We had some great 4th of July adventures. He was a good man and a great father; always found the good in everything. We were honored to have known him. Thinking of you and your family; you're in our thoughts and prayers.
