Gary Michael Smith

I'm sorry to hear of Gary's passing. He was a good friend to me for many years after we met at Skinnys. My sympathy and condolences to the family.

I'm sorry we never met. Gary sounds like a great fellow. His being a GHS grad and a 4 year volunteers makes him great in my book !

Just a sad day! Gary and I were in Technical School at Keesler Air Force Base and also served in San Vito Italy together. Played football on the same team and being from Alabama of course there was always a lot of lip from my Michigan friend. We reconnected about fifteen years ago and pretty much talked weekly. My friend Gary had mellowed and expressed his relationship with God regularly which for me says it all. Rest in peace my friend and keep me on your prayer list Mama Smith.

I went to Godwin with Gary, he was a great kid, treated me good, nice guy. Rip
