Not sure what to say?

I often think of those in my past and Gary is one I love to recall as making a difference with his caring manner. The very best to his family and friends.

I graduated from JWHS, Va Tech & Dale Carnegie Public Speaking course with Gary. Always a dear friend and champion.
Thanks Gary!

I met Gary through my work at HarperCollins. He is a person that is so hard to forget. Always a smile, upbeat, someone you like to be around. I was so sad to hear this news. I have fond memories of good conversations at lunches we had at PJ Clarkes. RIP Gary. You will be missed.

Gary Snapp(aka The Snapper)to us here at
Penguin Random House, was a pleasure to
know him, I'll miss him and his stories.
God bless you "Snapper" rest in peace.

Gary was part of my business life when Bertelsman acquired Doubleday. His can do nature and effort to please were uniqe and real. Gary had a wonderful way about him and was someone you wanted to be around. In the early days of Berryville Graphics, Gary brought his special gift of caring to new customers who were skeptical of placing work there. He made things work for them. While we were not in contact over recent years, along with many others, I was blessed to have known this fine man.

Gary was a true friend that demonstrated an energy that was hard to keep up with. His ability to make friends in any situation was contagious. He was a very good and honest man that needs to be remember as a very special person! God bless you Gary!

Dear Gary: You were a colleagues, a friend, and a prayer partner. Your business counsel guided me through many situations with knowledge and professional insight. More important, however, was your Christian witness in the midst of adversity. When you described your challenges as blessings that led you closer to God, I was humbled by the depth of your sincerity and faith. I look forward to the time that we can praise God together again in the name of Jesus.

Gary never had a bad thing to say to anyone and was such a kind-hearted person. Whenever he'd come to our offices in New York, he would always make it a point to come to say hi. Or if we'd see each other at functions, he would always make it across the crowded room. Gary will be missed by his friends not only at Simon & Schuster, but throughout the publishing community.

I only met this man once. He approached me while I was selling hot dogs outside of Walmart to raise money for my granndagughter's medical expenses. He actually went to his car and returned to give her a wooden cross. He told me a story of this cross and how it had helped him get through some tough times. He wanted our Baylee to have it. In meeting and talking to this man only 1 time-he touched me. We cried together that day and discussed his illness and our faith. He loved Jesus and I was...
