Not sure what to say?

I was thinking of Dr Strandemo just now and googled his name. I was shocked and saddened to learn this. My husband, sons and I were his first patients at Central MN Group Health. We so loved him and Dr Lally and also remember Barb S. What a great concept CMGH was at that time. Dr. Strandemo was an amazing wonderful human and Doctor. I´ll never forget him

As I recall it was in the Galapagos. We were walking through some difficult lava fields and suddenly I hear Gary's hoarse whisper. There's a "thingamajiggy!! The truth was I'd never heard of most of the birds he was naming. Of course while we were staring at the ground he was watching the skies. I can still recall the look of rapture as he followed it with his binoculars. That man knew how to live life! You are missed.

Barbara, so many years have gone by. You and Gary were a large part of my having my own life. I just saw Gary's obituary while doing a google search. I would love to have a reunion sometime when the environment allows.

I had the great honor of accompanying Gary and Barb in Turkey in October 2019. We were all so touched by his kindness, open and gracious heart, and deep warmth. Gary was, and remains, a gentle and beautiful spirit. Our hearts break with Barb and the whole Strandemo family. May he be bathed in light....

I was so sorry of Dr. Stranemo's passing. I had the privilege of working at Health Partners for 8 years, and I had the utmost respect for his professional ethics, bedside manner, and true concern for every patient he saw.
I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Dr. Strandemo.

The world is less bright without Gary's smile, less warm without his bighearted kindness! He was so thoughtful, curious about the world and genuinely interested in the people he encountered. Sending deep sympathy and love to Rosa and to Barb.

Gary was kind of a legend in Kenyon High baseball. Sitting in the bleachers or dugout watching Gary all us young guys looked up to him. He was an example and great role model even in his youth.

I met Gary and Barb many years ago through a cross country ski club. Gary was my doctor for many years. I always thought of Gary and Barb
as the most admirable of people I have met in my life. I was so saddened to hear of his passing. My sympathy to you Barb and Rosa.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. Gary was my Dr for many years and he was so compassionate and always listened and strived to help in the way I felt was best for myself. He was an excellent Dr.
