Sending prayers for the family. Gary was a friend to my parents, especially my dad, as they would chat after the 4:30 Saturday Mass. May he rest in peace and be rewarded for his love of God and all he touched.

Dear Gary has sailed into Heaven, welcomed not only by his beloved Julie, but Christ Himself, His Mother Mary, St. Joseph, and a host of Saints. "Well done, good and faithful Gary!" If ever there was a Saint on earth and now in Heaven, it is Gary.

Our heart felt sympathies to the West Family and loved ones. Gary touched many lives, was such a kind and generous man with a great wit and personality. We were so fortunate to have had to opportunity to get to meet and know him when we visited San Francisco just a couple years ago. He will be cherished in memories by many forever. Our most sincere condolences.
