Gary Gene White

Gary was a sweet man, always the gentleman, it was my pleasure to know Gary for many years. He passed way too soon.

I really don't want to say goodbye, Gary. You were a wonderful person, and I sure am going to miss you.

Gary was my best friend starting in the fourth grade at Hough School. He was living with his mother Vi in the apartment building on Fourth Street in downtown Vancouver.

We had many adventures paling around Vancouver for many years including some memorable Trick or Treating trips up to Telocasite Heights for the 'good stuff' candy bars etc. We hung out frequently through high school, when he lived with Vi and Orville on St. Johns. His first car I remember was a 1946(?) Plymouth....

Gary you were a special friend and I have many fond memories of time spent with you and Irma. You were indeed a fine man and you showed your caring and kindness to many people. Both you and Irma always had a kind word and helping hand for other folks in their time of need. May you rest in heaven with your sweetheart Irma.
