Deepest sympathies to the Workman family! Gary was a treasured member of the Millikin community and his passing is a tremendous loss. I always looked forward to seeing him on campus for Trustee and other events. Chris Ballard Director-Public Safety Millikin University

Gary was a wonderful person. I met him at UPS in 1977 and we shared our love of baseball. Gary was a mentor to many and a calming influence no matter the situation. Rest in Peace.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

I got to meet Gary at the Workman Family baseball field dedication at Millikin University. Thank you to him, and your family. That field is such a wonderful blessing for the University and the community of Decatur! Thousands of kids and young men have had the chance to play baseball on it. It will continue to serve the University and Decatur for years to come! My condolences to you all at this time. Kevin Koslofski, MU Baseball Volunteer Assistant Coach.
