Mark, Susan and Karen please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your father. I remember him with that constant twinkle in his eye accompanied by a smile of warmth and acceptance. He was such a dear friend to my brother Larry and sister in law Joanie. I know they will miss him terribly. I know also how proud he was of each of you. Gary, a wonderful man and a first memory of my time in Lexington. He was a great father figure to a young girl just out of college from the north.

Proudly I went from damn yankee to converted southern belle. Being nicknamed Bahston (Boston) was a privilege.

I am so sorry to hear of Gary's passing. My thoughts and prayers to Bert, his children and grandchildren. I had not seen him in many years, but with facebook we were able to reconnect. He had a wealth of knowledge of our family tree and I asked him many questions thru the years. RIP Gary.

I had the privilege to work with Gary at IBM, one of the true good guys that was always positive about life.
