It's hard to believe it's been ten years since Gus passed. The reminder appeared in my e-mail this morning, asking if I wanted to comment. My comment is this: Gus was one of the most decent human beings I've ever met, and Joan, you were lucky to have him; I'm sorry he died much sooner than he should have. I was shocked to hear of his sudden passing. He always offered tips to me on carpentry work and I will miss him and his helpful ways. God Bless you and your family.

Gus touched our lives in so many ways that we can't put them all down, but know his positive influence will be with us as long as we are able to remember! My kids enjoyed him as a teacher, and we're amazed at his athleticism ( handstands). I remember some of the cool projects he did with electricity, potato batteries, etc. Dan enjoyed working with him, and will always celebrate the same Feb birthday and family roots in Sicily. Joan words can't say enough how my heart and prayers are with you and your family. You are so blessed with a great husband and father who participated with his kids and was there for you as a husband and soul mate. So many people never get to have that in their lives. Cherish all those wonderful memories.
