Bobbie:
Bert was the first person I met when I came to Houston in 1963 after Beto and I got married. We remained friends since then and you and Bert were like a member of the family, always included in all family functions. We have so many memories, that even now it's hard to believe Bert is gone. Beto really treasured his friendship and enjoyed being with him (his drinking partner). He will be missed. May God grant you comfort and peace in these sad times. Rosalva and Beto

Bobby,
Bert and I had some good talks when I came over to work on Vicki's yard.
I remember one time he helped me get the clothes line poles out of the ground. It almost did me in but Bert just kepted on going like it was no big
deal. He was a good man and will be missed. You take care.
