My husband was a friend and classmate of Gavan's at Phillips Academy at Andover. I have a photo of the two of them on graduation day looking pretty happy. : )

I, like Bob Gayou, shared our flat in Monkstown with a real character that was Gavin. He was a charming, handsome, funny and caring friend. We had some fun adventures, like going to Belfast for the basketball tournament where I think he fouled out of one of the games! He made our parties lots more fun!
