Dear family of Gay Hammer: You don't know me, but I'm a lifelong Boise resident, and also a long-time bicycle rider/advocate. Starting back in 1997, Gay became a close friend of my wife and I. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. I will miss sharing a muffin and a cup of coffee with her on those rare times we got together in these later years.
