Gaylen Deanne Lemons

Gaylen Deanne Lemons, age 50, of Fayetteville died Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at her residence. She was born September 13, 1958, in Joplin, Missouri to Dale and Dorothy (Maggard) Crow. Gaylen was a loving mother and proud of her family. She is survived by her parents, Dale and Dorothy Crow, Springdale, AR; two daughters, Leslie Phommachak and husband Bay, Springdale, AR; and Lindsey Lemons and husband Jack, Centerton, AR; one sister, Gloria Wood and husband Ron, Memphis, TN; two grandchildren, Jonathan and Aliyah Phommachak, Springdale, AR; and two nephews and one niece. Visitation will be 6:00-7:00 P.M. Friday, April 10, 2009 at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 11, 2009 at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home Chapel, Springdale.
