We all loved Gaynell ! She watched me and my brothers for years. I hated when she moved from her house on Wellington... I was so strange to go by that house, even now and see she wasn't there anymore. I always tried to keep a relationship with her even after I grew up. I last seen her in her nursing home a couple years prior and was happy me and mom decided to stop by. Wish I would of did that a few more times. She always was kind sweet and so caring. She could be strict at times, but all...

Gaynelle was such a loving soul..she has touched so many lives..she watched my children for years and help instill the values of God, church and family values. Rest in peace you will be missed deeply.

First impressions can be misleading. When we first interviewed Gaynell as a care provider for our son Brian, we felt she might be a little too strict. And, she was a little bit hesitant due to his special needs at the time. But we agreed on a trial period. How wrong that first impression was.

That trial lasted for 5 years until Brian started school.

Gaynell became his Grandmother and her family was his family. The close bond that was formed went beyond that of ...
