Jerry was a most unusual man, and I would have been proud to call him friend, were he not my family, prouder still because he was.

To the Wright family, Jerry's willingness to serve his fellow man had a great impact on many young lives and our community. You must be very proud of his work. May you be comforted in your time of loss.

Lila and Family,

It was with much sadness I learned of Bishop Wrights passing. I cried all morning. He was truely a great man, a great father, a great friend, and teacher. I have a great love of history, because of him. I loved his classes. He was a wonderful man, and will be sorely missed.

SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT THE LOSS OF A GREAT MAN. MY FAMILY & I WILL NEVER FORGET HIS SHOW OF FREINDSHIP & KINDNESS.

WE WILL CHERISH THE FOUND MEMORIES FROM THE YEARS PAST @ THE WEST FEST, FITNESS CENTER ETC.

MAY HEAVENLY FATHER CONTINUE TO BLESS YOUR FAMILY ALWAYS.

I have so MANY fond memories because we were very close cousins--twice! Jerry's father and my father were brothers and his mother and my mother were sisters. Us...

The community has truly lost a great man.

My thoughts and prayers
go out to the family.

Thank you for help with advancing boys in the scout troop. Thank you for being a frient to West Valley.

I will miss my good friend Mayor Wright. We have so much fun at all the conferenes we attended, it will not be the same. When I first came to public office, i met both the Mayor and Lila, both of you made me fill at home and that was great. May god Bless you and keep you I will always remember our trip to Greece this last December and how excited the mayor was to go, but that it was hard to leave Lila behind. He will be missed.
