Genaro C. Gomez Jr.

Genaro was in my fifth grade class at El Rio School. I would like his family to know he was a brave, warm, kind person and there was something about him that made you trust and like him. He stuck up for other people around him. I have carried his memory with me over all these years and I was sad to read this news. Please know that he touched my life and I know he made a tremendous difference in the world. I hope one day to sit and visit with one day beneath that huge tree that once shaded...

I just came across this news today. So Gomez has gone to a better place, after making our world a better one. I knew Gomez since 2007 and what a character...he brightened my days for sure. I cannot imagine what his family and friends and coworkers must be going through. Sweet dreams, Gomez...until we meet again.

10-10 Gomey. Going to miss you my friend. I'm looking forward to meeting with you again one day in that great reunion in the air.

Gomez has been my best bud for over 30 years. He was always there for me throughout the years. He will be missed every minute of every day. RIP Gomez.
