Not sure what to say?

Dear Kathy and Family - I want to express my condolences to you all in your loss. I worked with gene at E. L. Mendenhall back in the early '60s. We had a great time together both at work and after. We bought our first Chiefs tickets together (their first year here) and went to the old A's games together many times (I especially remember that he would eat the whole peanut including the shell). I have other fond memories of he and Jimmy Landrum. I hope the happy memories of times you shared...

Dear Kathy and family. I worked with Gene at National Envelope and he was the dearest man I have ever met. Not sure if you remember me, but my son was born premature and he was extremely supportive and always asking about him. You met him at a Children's Christmas party. My thoughts and prayers go out to Gene's family. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Gene at National Envelope a couple of years before his retirement. And I have to say he was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He had a great way of brightening your day, his positive attitude, mixed with a little humor, always brought laughter to your day and to your soul. He was a great man. My condolences to his family. He will be sorely missed.
