Not sure what to say?

I have only today learned of Porters' passing.

I met him at the RC field and spent many enjoyable mornings sitting next to him both of us munching McDonalds. I was one of two people he allowed to test fly his latest models.

I travel in my RV and am away from Huntsville during the summers. Last spring, we discovered a common denominator. My favorite uncle was a turbopump engineer at Rocketdyne, and he and Porter worked closely throughout the Apollo and Shuttle programs....

Kendra,

I am so very sorry to just now learn of your Dad's passing; even more so, to have missed his Service Monday.
My Love and Prayers to you, your brother and his wife.
"Christ in you, the hope of glory" (Colossians 1:27

My sympathy and prayers to o the family. Porter served as Deputy Director at Stennis Space Center for a brief time and was wonderful to work for. He was such a professional NASA leader and will be missed by his many friends.

My sympathies, he was a great person.

To the Bridwell Family: My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.
